Jst Jodie Semtex Review

Overview

Here’s what Jst Jodie have to say:

SEMTEX is a fat burner that supports your exercise and workout routines. If used as part of a balanced diet this perfectly balanced formula will deliver unrivalled results giving you that desired edge.

So it’s both a preworkout and a fat burner…

Nutritional Information

PER 2 CAPSULES

Caffeine (from Anhydrous Cocoa, Guarana)      328mg
Brazilian Cocoa Extract                                    240mg
Capsicum (Cayenne) Extract                             190mg
Green Tea Extract                                            40mg
Niacin (Vitamin B3)                                          35mg
Guarana Extract                                                24mg
Acetyl-L-Carnitine                                            20mg
Bioperine                                                          9mg

So it’s got a fairly high caffeine content as well as the usual fat burning suspects like Green Tea and L-Carnitine. The unusual one here is Brazilian Cocoa Extract which helps your blood flow. That might explain the nice warm feeling you get once you’ve taken it….

You take 2 pills daily and you get one months supply. The pills are nice and easy to swallow.

Taste
Although this is a pill and won't stay in your mouth for long if you do happen to leave it in your month too long it did taste a bit funny but nothing unbearable. No aftertaste though.

Side Effects
Slight jitters once or twice. Nothing to worry about.

Price
£30.49 for 1 months supply (its currently coming with free SleepEx)

Results
After 30 days of using this product I found that sticking to the directions for use on non training and training days they did just as they we're suppose too. I found that during exercise I had an increased level of energy and focus and was able to recover quicker after intense training. I didn’t have a crash of energy afterwards which sometimes comes with a preworkout. As for fat loss whilst I did experience some it wasn’t as drastic as I’d hoped but I do think that if I was to run 2 months back to back then it would seriously kick up a gear once there was a decent amount of it in my system. Overall it’s a very good Preworkout and given the time I’m sure it’d be a great Fat Burner too. 8/10
