The protein is made up of slow and fast releasing protein so it will get to work repairing muscles when used post workout whilst keeping you full for a while.

Taste
Surprise surprise it tastes like a Blueberry Smoothie. It’s really nice and thick, it also keeps you full for quite a while so its great when used either at breakfast or between meals to stave off hunger.
It you mix it up and leave it for a while it will start to look a little grey instead of a blue colour though, it doesn’t change the taste at all but looks a little off putting. Basically mix it up when you want to drink it.

Side Effects
None

Price
£17.99 for 15 servings.  Not cheap but you won’t need a loan to buy it either.

Results
It’s pretty great, I particularly liked it as a snack between meals and it’s nice and sweet so it’s almost like having a treat. It gives you a nice full feeling as well so it should help you control your snacking. It makes a good stab at being a post workout shake with a mix of slow and fast digesting proteins once the fast acting ones get to work repairing the muscles the slow release proteins drip feeds your muscles for a few hours after. There is 24.3g of Protein which could be higher but is more than adequate.
It tastes great, it mixes well and it keeps you full basically it’s a great all round protein. 9/10
