A lot of people
confuse CLA with a fat burner. CLA in high enough dosage makes the body use fat
for energy so its more a fat burning aid than a fat burner. Diet and exercise will
play a massive role in your weight loss (duh) but if you get them right then a
good quality CLA product like this will help and noticeably speed up your

maximum dosage or close to it – which to get maximum results I recommend doing –
