SHREDEX is a stimulant, but Synephrine free weight and bodyfat management complex. It provides 16 ingredients, including L-Carnitine, Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA) from Garcinia cambogia extract, and Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) from Green Tea extract and it can contribute to the control of bodyweight, bodyfat and sense of hunger. SHREDEX contains Chromium that contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

There is a relatively low caffeine content in Shredex which is great for those of you who are a little more sensitive to stimulants.

Unfortunately you don’t get an exact breakdown of the amount of each component of the Shredex complex but there are some well known and effective fat burners in there. L-Carnitine, Green Tea and Alpha Lipoic Acid are no doubt very familiar ingredients for those of you who are serious about dropping fat.

Taste

As this a capsule it doesn’t really have any taste at all.  Even if you leave it in your mouth it doesn’t give off a bitter aftertaste.

£24.79 for 36 servings which if you are on a maximum dosage of 6 caps a day will last you 18 days.

Results

I have tested a lot of fat burners and I am a strong believer that you get out what you put in. Do not expect miracles, no fat burner will provide you with that. If you put in the hard work and take Shredex as directed you will start to see results. It is as simple as that. I worked my way up from 1 cap twice a day to 3 caps twice a day. For the first two weeks of my trial I wasn’t too impressed with Shredex but I obviously needed to up the dose because as soon I moved onto 3 caps twice a day fat just seemed to melt off me. I also noticed that I wasn’t holding any water which makes a big difference to how “Shredded” you look.

I have to say that they were easy to take and you could tell you had taken something, it wasn’t unpleasant by any means but I felt a little more energetic than usual. I think that the ingredient list is very strong in Shredex but I can’t really comment too much on that as we haven’t been given exact details on the amount of each compound.

Scitec seem to always manufacture top notch products and this one is no exception. It’s perfect for anyone who needs a little helping hand shedding some weight and toning up. 8/10
