As I’m sure you’ve gathered this isn’t your standard preworkout amplifier. The normal ingredients are included such as creatine, caffeine (but only 25mg), arginine, glutamine and a few other familiar ingredients. A few Testosterone boosting ingredients have been included (fenugreek seed, tribulus terrestris, horny goat weed etc) and even a few that are normally associated with Fat Burners. So we really have an all-in-one preworkout.

The energy comes mostly from Guarana which is high in naturally occurring caffeine.

Taste
None of the capsules have a bad taste and they don’t leave an aftertaste.

Side Effects
None

Price

Results
This is unlike any preworkout you will have ever tried. Monkey Nutrition were clearly not happy with the standard powdered form most preworkout take and have decided to go rogue and create something new, not convinced that people were getting the correct doses through powdered preworkout they have created capsules with exact dosing in. This is both Dynamite’s greatest asset and flaw.

First the positives, as a preworkout it works very well. You get a great energy boost and a great elated feeling that you can conquer the weight room. It takes a lot longer for the energy to kick in compared to a standard preworkout usually about 45-60 minutes compared to 15-20 minutes. You do get a solid pump but it’s not a skin splitting one. I also found that I warmed up a lot quicker with just 2 or 3 minutes in the weight room I felt ready to go. I noticed that I was able to reduce my rest time in between sets as well without it affecting my performance. I like that the energy isn’t coming from refined caffeine, it means you don’t get a nasty crash an hour after your workout.

There is only one down side to Dynamite and it’s that you have to take 11 tablets before a workout. That’s a lot. A drink is gone in a flash but it almost seems like a chore to take a serving of Dynamite. It’s not cheap either coming in at £38.00 meaning each workout will cost you roughly £1.58.

Please don’t take that to mean I don’t like the product. Dynamite is a very good preworkout but it really comes down to whether you think that you can face taking 11 tablets every time you want a boost in the gym. If you fancy trying something completely different then this might be for you, if you are sensitive to stimulants then this would be a great option as well but I can’t see it replacing the normal powdered preworkout drink. 7/10
