30g’s of protein is excellent for a treat.
The Carbs are surprisingly low aswell, I thought they’d be much higher. One
slight downside is the 2.9g’s of Sugar but to be honest since it’s a treat and shouldn’t
be eaten daily then I wouldn’t worry about it.
Taste
Excellent, it tastes just like a normal
pancake and its so damn simple to make, you mix it in your shaker like a
protein shake then pour it into the pan, flip, repeat, job done. I never made a
bad pancake or had any problems at all.

Price
£8.99 for 10 servings (each servings made
either 3 or 4 pancakes for me) that’s great value and a price I’d happily pay.

Pancakes = Good
Protein Pancakes are the little bit of my
life that has been missing until now. They are brilliant, perfect little high
protein treats that can be enjoyed guilt free. How I’ve managed to get this far
in my life without trying them is beyond me.
Anything like this makes dieting bearable,
it makes you feel like you’ve cheated when it reality you’ve just force fed
your muscles 30g’s of quality protein. It will help you avoid the unhealthy
treats in your cupboard and will contribute to hitting your protein MACROs. I can’t stress enough to you how much I want
protein pancakes right now, I have a craving and possibly a slight addiction. 9/10
