Results
I’ve never used a brown rice protein powder
before. I was expecting it to have a strange taste but it’s not noticeable in any
food that I tried it in. It’s a convenient way of added extra protein into your
diet, that’s its only purpose. I can’t imagine many people substituting their
precious Whey for Brown Rice but it would be a fantastic alternative or
addition to anyone's supplement cupboard and very useful for those out there who are Lactose intolerant. It’s good to mix up your protein
sources anyway as they all have slightly different Amino profiles.
Realistically this is never going to be anyone’s
main protein source but it would make a great addition to a supplement regime. 7/10
