It should be mentioned that this is not a whey shake, it’s a protein powder that you add to things like porridge or even other shakes.

Taste
It doesn’t have one, you can’t taste it when you add it to foods. It can slightly change the texture though.

Results
I’ve never used a protein powder that’s not a shake before. It is a great way of adding 10 or 20g’s of protein to your breakfast to help hit your macros without really thinking about it. There is no taste so its incredibly versatile, I even added a scoop to my post workout shake to see if it mixed OK which it did but altered the texture slightly.

It’s a cheap, high quality source of protein which could easily add 20 or 30g’s of protein to your daily intake without even noticing it. This would prove very handy for those on high calorie diets who just can’t force in another shake or meal. 8/10
