So as you can see these aren’t high protein bars but they
are what I’m calling a health bar. They are good for you when eaten in
moderation of course. Everything is organic, pure and healthy.
Some of you might have panicked when you saw that there is
15g of Sugar in most of these. This is naturally occurring sugar not the
processed rubbish that we normal try to avoid like the plague. Most of the
sugar I imagine comes from Raw Agave Nectar which although is better for you
than processed white sugar still won’t help your cut or diet much and should be consumed as a treat.
Price
£8 - £8.50 for a box of 9 or £16.04 for a case of 18.

The good news is all 4 of the bars taste delicious! My
personal favourite is the Acai Berry but another reviewer was particularly
partial to the Blueberry bar, the bottom line is they are all amazing. The bars
make the perfect preworkout snack actually as they provide a great energy
boost, I also used them along with a protein shake to make up a meal in a
rush.
They are very versatile and handy to carry with you wherever
you go as a delicious healthy treat. They survived being stuffed in suit pockets
and gym bags, they never melted or got mushy, they always held their structure.
The most important test I did with these is “Can they be dunked in a coffee?”
Yes, yes they can.
Since they are so sweet when you eat them they will satisfy
you cravings for junk food. They are fairly filling as well so make great
travelling snacks. They are pretty cheap as well coming in at about £0.90 per
bar.
These bars are relatively low in protein content so probably
won’t be for the hardcore bodybuilders out there but makes an excellent snack
for the rest of us. 7/10
