You get lots of Glutamine. That’s essentially it, the various “forms” of Glutamine will provide a complete dose and great absorption.

Taste

I had the Ice Tea flavour and its gorgeous, its just like a real Ice Tea, I had this as a treat rather than a supplement. Mixes perfectly leaves you wanting more.

Results

Glutamine is one of the most important, underrated and underused supplements on the market. Glutamine is particularly useful for energy, recovery and reducing muscular fatigue. G-Bomb is easily one of the best Glutamine products I’ve ever used, asides from the amazing taste it works wonders for recovery. Scitec have made a fantastic product here.

G-Bomb is slightly more expensive than I would like to see but it’s not colossally overpriced and there is always a special offer on somewhere if you shop around. If you have never used a Glutamine product or looking for a way to speed up recovery then this is the product you need. 9/10
