Chilli and Basil Burger

Fitness Food Company Chilli and Basil Burgers


Our chilli and basil burgers provide an excellent cheat meal to include into your diet. A burger built for those who think they can handle a bit of heat whilst providing 17g of protein per burger.
We send all of our burgers frozen! Quality is never sacrificed!

Nutritional Information per burger
Energy (Kcal) - 291.0
Protein - 17.1g
Carbohydrate - 0.1g
of which sugars - 0.1g
Fat - 24.7g
of which saturates - 10.7g
Sodium - 0.29g

We recommend preparing them like this:

1)                  Preheat your Grill to medium-high
2)                  Line your grill pan with foil and place the rack on top
3)                  Grill for 4 minutes on each side
4)                  Cook another 2 minutes for medium-rare, 4 minutes for medium and 5-6 for well done
5)                  Make sure to keep an eye on them and in case your grill is fiercer than mine! Cut one open to check it’s thoroughly cooked.

If you are being carb conscious then you could serve it without a bun but personally I think its best served with a brown bun, lightly toasted, with salsa & guacamole, side salad and our spiced sweet potato wedges go perfectly with this meal.
