A simple and quite common build but that
doesn’t mean it should be overlooked. All the ingredients are effectively dosed
and proven to delay fatigue, improve pumps and help give you an energy surge.
Taste
The Lemon and Lime was alright, most
preworkouts don’t great taste but some can be absolutely foul. This was
alright, it tasted a bit like flat Sprite.
Side

None – if you take the full 1.5 scoops it
can be a bit caffeine heavy so if you aren’t used to high levels of Stimulants
then be careful.

Results
Preworkouts accomplish a lot of things and
Juggernaut is aiming to smash through them all at breakneck pace. Juggernaut
will give you an energy buzz that doesn’t wear off too quickly but the
important part here you don’t get the nasty energy crash that it associated
with some highly caffeinated products. This is not a product for the faint of
heart…or those with heart problems as on full dosage you’ll be getting 750mg of
caffeine which should be enough to give anyone a jolt. You get a strong pump
with Juggernaut but nothing painful or skin-tearing – high rep work obviously
brings out the best pump but even on the low rep stuff you’ll notice it.
It’s worth noting that you should start off
with a low dose to get used to it rather than charge in with the full 1.5
scoops. Personally I found that 1 scoop was about right for me, every now and
again I liked to max out for a tough workout or I wasn’t overly excited about
the gym that day.
Preworkouts prime your muscles for greater
muscle growth through various mechanisms so despite being a bit of a “fun”
supplement it is important to pick a good supplement. Although Juggernaut is a
bit basic it will certainly give you a decent pump and a good energy boost. 7.5/10
