Results
With these kind of products what you are looking for
is a deep restful sleep and increased recovery from demanding workouts. Firstly
let me say that I do not suffer from insomnia or any sleep problems I normally
find that I can get to sleep fairly quickly and generally sleep right through
(at least when I don’t have to wake up to eat!). Whilst taking Sleepex I found that
I slept soundly every night, I can’t think of a single nights sleep that was
disturbed by anything. I always woke up feeling rested and refreshed. This automatically
puts you in a great mood and sets you up for the day.
The recovery was present but wasn’t particularly drastic,
I did still wake up a bit sore some days. You can tell that your DOMs have been
reduced but they have not been eliminated.
It is just slightly more expensive than comparable
products on the market but it is certainly a very good offering from JST Jodie
that does exactly what it sets out to do! 8/10
