Its worth noting that the Green Tea used here an extract which results in high purity and strength. You’ll probably be familiar with most of the ingredients on the list but you might know Capsicum as Cayenne. Trigesteze is a blend of digestive enzymes.

The caffeine is relatively low as well at 250mg, but that’s handy if you won’t be using it as a preworkout as you don’t want to over stimulate yourself with caffeine.

All in all it’s a great build for a fat burner.

You only need to take 2 capsules a day as well which is a nice touch.

Taste

If you leave it in your mouth too long before swallowing then it has a bit of a nasty taste but normally its fine.

Side Effects

For the first few days of taking it on an empty stomach it did make me feel a bit sick. I would recommend only taking one pill per day for the first week to get your body used to it. After this initial period though there were no problems.

the other places first and then attack the stomach fat. In my arms, legs and face I notice a massive difference in muscle tone because of the loss of fat. It's very easy to take as well as you only take 1 or 2 pills first thing you don't have to worry about missing a pill. The only thing some may struggle with is the size of the pill but you can open the capsule and pour it into water and drink.
