So it really is a fat burning preworkout. All the usual ingredients found in top fat burners are present (guarana, green coffee, green tea, caffeine etc). These are all proven fat burners but you don’t get the highest dose so this isn’t going to be your main fat burner. First and foremost it’s a preworkout, this is just a nice little booster for your cutting stack.

The preworkout side of things are fairly standard except no Creatine, perhaps because this is a cutting product and Creatine is seen as a bulking supplement (although I personally use it everyday). We aren’t given a breakdown of the “Amino-Pump Matrix” but that’s not a major problem.

6.75g’s of protein is a nice little added benefit from a preworkout and 7.2g’s of Carbs is surprisingly low as well.

All in all it’s a very good profile for both a preworkout and a fat burner.

Taste
Orange is the only flavour it comes in at the moment but that’s not a problem as it actually tastes really nice and it smells like sweets. Most preworkouts taste pretty bad but this is actually quite palatable.

Side Effects
None

Price
£29.99 for 450g which will give you 30 servings.

Results
Since this is essentially 2 products, a fat burner and a preworkout, this is a bit of an awkward on to review. Let’s take it one step at a time.

First as a preworkout, this is the primary function, its does this very well. XPlode Rippedcore takes about 20-25 minutes to properly kick in but when it does you certainly know about it. You will immediately feel a surge of energy and a slight tingling in your hands. The pumps you get are pretty good but nothing skin tearing. It’s worth noting the original X-Plode is slightly stronger all round.

X-Plode Rippedcore’s secondary function is a fat burner. This is not an afterthought but rather a well thought out attempt to blend the two products. This won’t ever be strong enough to be your only fat burner but it will give you that little bit extra when you are on your cut. I actually think that this would be rather effective when bulking as a little bit of fat control.

All round then X-Plode Rippedcore is an excellent preworkout. It’s not quite as strong as the original X-Plode but I think it makes a nice addition to any cutting stack. 8/10
