So after each workout you’ll take a total of 6 tablets of varying sizes. Only the Creatine capsules could be considered large but none of them will be difficult to swallow for most people.

The purpose of Unbroken Pak is to improve recovery, reduce soreness and even burn a little fat. So Unbroken Pak puts performance above all else.

Taste

None of the tablets have a taste or an aftertaste.

Side Effects

Slight tingling sensation on occasion, I imagine that’s the Beta-Alanine so nothing to worry about.

Results

Post workout supplements to improve recovery should be the backbone of your supplement regime but normally they would take the form of a protein/carbs shake not a tablet stack. Well Unbroken Pak doesn’t replace your beloved protein shake but it works along side it to drastically improve your recovery and results. Improved recovery means you can be back in the gym at 100% quicker which is good for just about every reason imaginable.

This can be taken on any cycle as well, if you are adding muscle/strength it’ll reduce your soreness from the heavy weights and if you’re cutting up then the Carnitine and Coenzyme Q10 capsules will be your best friends.

Recovery did notable improve whilst taking Unbroken Pak, it was tested along side a bulking diet and a training regime based around heavy weights so fat loss wasn’t expected. It was never difficult to take the tablets and I actually took them with my postworkout shake so it just became part of the routine.

The most bizarre thing is that you get an extra 3 servings of 2 of the capsules. Why not give us 18 complete servings?  Maybe they couldn’t get blister sheets with enough space on for some of them. It’s not an issue but for 3 servings you only take 3 tablets instead of 6. It seems reasonably price and there are no negative side effects.

This isn’t an essential supplement by any means but if you choose to spend a bit extra then you will definitely notice results after the first serving. 7.5/10
