You only get 3g of Creatine per serving instead the usual minimum of 5g. The sugar content could be an issue for cutting season but if used in the post workout window as suggested it could be useful rather than detrimental.

Taste
I trialled the Berry flavour and I found these little are sweets really nice, not as powdery as they look. I can’t think of a comparable sweet but I actually liked it. They are similar in size, shape and texture to an Xtra Strong Mint. I never noticed an unpleasant aftertaste.

Results
I like MyProtein’s creativity with this product I never seen a Creatine sweet before. The Creatine used is Monohydrate the most common form of Creatine. Each sweet provides 1g of Creatine (they suggest 3 taken post workout), the Creatine sweets are great tasting and pretty cheap as well. I think 3g of Creatine is a little bit lightly dosed so would recommend another creatine source along side this – either a powder/tablet or an all-in-one shake protein shake.

The main issue with powdered Creatine that people report is that it makes their shakes gritty so this would be one solution if you really can’t stand adding a powder into your shakes. That’s one of the only reasons I can think of why you’d need this product other than wanting a change. I suppose if you are on the road a lot and don’t want to consume excess liquid or just for convenience whilst travelling they could be useful. I don’t think anyone will replace their current Creatine shake/powder with this as their sole Creatine source but I think it’s a useful addition to a stack, a post workout Creatine boost is always a good thing, just make sure you have another form of Creatine to get your daily dose. 7/10
