26.1g of Protein, 0.3g of Fat and only 2.3g of Carbs means this is a very strong shake and not just by RTD standards but even some powders would struggle to beat these stats.

Taste

I have only tried the Strawberry flavour but it was awesome, it taste very good and not at all artificial or chemically like some RTDs on the market . The shake is a little bit thinner than I personally like but it doesn’t detract from the great taste.

Results

Whey Better RTD is a great product in its own right, it’s not quite as good as the Whey Better powder but RTDs can rarely match their powdered counterparts. Whey Better RTD is purely a convenience product and will likely only be used when you are either short of time or need to travel without a tub of protein.

Whey Better RTD has virtually everything going for it and only one drawback. The nutritional breakdown is excellent, the taste is spot on and its so easy to throw into your car and take when you are on the go. The only drawback to this product is the price. It works out to be very expensive at £3.49 a serving. Now you obviously wouldn’t use a RTD as a day to day protein so that 12 pack might last you 3 months but its still more pricey than I’d like to see. The product is excellent but whether it’s worth the money is up to you. If the price was more reasonable then this would easily score an 8.5-9/10 but unfortunately the price tag does drag down the final score a bit 7/10.
