The foundation of a good diet shake is the protein content and you get a decent serving size here. The protein is made up of a “tri-blend” of Whey Concentrate, Milk Protein Isolate and Soy Protein Isolate. The Carbs are kept below 10g which is manageable but enough to help with energy if you are using this as a meal replacement. The sugars are slightly high at 3.1g.

CLA, L-Carnitine, Green Tea and Caffeine are you included Fat Burners and all are proven and effective. CLA and L-Carnitine are slightly underdosed but if you are having 2 or more shakes a day then you’ll get more than enough.

All things considered it’s a good build for a diet shake.

Taste

So far I have only tried the Fresh Strawberries and Cream flavour. I have to say that it is out of this world. If you served it up to somebody in a glass they would struggle to tell it was a protein shake and not a real milk shake. Amazing! It’s mixes up perfectly leaving no lumps or any trace of grit.

Results

When it come to diet shakes I would say that as a rule they either fill you up and taste nasty or the taste is great but your still hungry an hour later. Smart Tec have managed to perfect both. You look forward to drinking this shake and it always fills me up. It mixes well and has a nice smooth consistency, no lumps or powder bombs. The taste is phenomenal, it is easily top 5 all time best tasting shakes.

DietFX+ Whey is full of great Fat Burners and all of them are effective, there are no filler ingredients to be found, everything is included for a purpose. This shake seems to be focusing on natural lipolysis (the release of fat from cells) with the Green Tea and Caffeine providing a Thermongenic reaction to raise your resting metabolism.

I am really impressed with product and think that it would make an excellent addition to anyones cutting supplement stack. 9/10
