21g of protein is a little low but nothing to worry about. The carbs and fats are kept in control but I do usually like the sugar content a bit lower than 2.5g.

The protein primarily used is whey concentrate.

Taste

I had the Banana Crème flavour and it is quite simply one of the best tasting protein shakes I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. It mixes perfectly in a standard shaker and has a nice smooth consistency.

Results

Taste is important with whey shakes as you tend to drink at least 2 a day sometimes 3 or 4. I never got tired of my Banana Crème shake, I actually looked forward to it. I doubled up the shake quite often and used it as a post workout shake it didn’t get sickly and it still mixed great.

Although at first £49.99 sounds quite pricey it isn’t too bad actually coming in at about £0.75 per serving which is on par or better than most leading brands making it both delicious and great value.

I won’t bang on about the benefits of a whey shake because everyone knows that they are essential to virtually everything fitness related. This one is incredibly versatile though and can be used in a diet plan, cutting cycle or a bulking phase.

I don’t have any negatives at all to say about Efectiv Whey, this is both a product and a brand that should be used by taken seriously! 9/10
