25g of protein is pretty good for a diet shake to help maintain muscle mass when dieting. Healthy fats have been included to assist with general health and the fat loss process.

The carbs/sugars are a little high for a diet shake (even they are naturally occurring). The fat burning ingredients are all proven and reliable but they are a little bit “gently” dosed for my liking.

Taste

I had the Raspberry flavour and it’s delicious, really nice. It’s not too sweet and has no aftertaste. It mixes up very nicely with no grit.

Diet shakes aren’t usually that effective at directly burning fat they tend to assist more with muscle maintenance and keeping hunger pains away. The higher protein content along with the BCAA’s and Glutamine included should help protect your muscles as much as possible.

Nutriform Diet Whey tastes amazing you won’t get sick of it half way through the bag which is always a danger, then if you get sick of it you won’t want it, then you eat a Snickers and suddenly your off the wagon. Taste is important.
