Results
Not much of anything really. I experienced some reduction in muscle soreness but nothing particularly notable. So I endured a month of drinking this awful tasting BCAA for no reason and no results. Very frustrating. I'm a bit disappointed by the usually reliable Bodybuilding Warehouse. 3/10
