Protein Fusion T3mpo Review

 T3MPO Pre Workout Fuel

Overview

Here’s what Protein Fusion have to say:

The ingredients of T3MPO have been carefully blended to provide a high intensity boost of power, strength and concentration. This product will give you unrivaled drive and energy to achieve your goals in every training session. A seriously strong product.

How it works:

Beta alanine is a naturally occurring non-essential amino acid that is converted to other chemicals that can then affect muscles. It’s needed for the production of carnosine, Carnosine is needed by muscle cells to act as a buffer to control intracellular Ph. Too much acid accumulation by muscles is thought to contribute to fatigue. Beta alanine is a relative new to the sports scene, during high intensity weight training or sprint work, beta alanine can reduce the symptoms of fatigue. Additionally, supplementation with beta alanine may improve the muscular endurance of older adults, as carnosine declines with age.

Arginine Alpha-ketoglutarate (also known as AAKG and arginine) is a non-essential amino acid that is necessary when it comes to making nitric oxide in the liver. Both AAKG and nitric oxide amplify the beneficial muscle-building effects of exercising and nutritional supplements. It is also used to increase sexual energy and sterility in men. People take alpha-ketoglutarate to improve peak athletic performance because it helps the liver break down by-products of muscle exercise such as ammonia. Athletes believe AAKG supplements help them exercise longer with less pain and stiffness, and build up more lean body mass.

Taurine is an amino acid that is found in large amounts in the heart and brain. It is also found in food sources. Taurine functions as an antioxidant. Antioxidants protect the body's cells from damage that results from certain chemical reactions involving oxygen (oxidation). Taurine is also said to improve mental and athletic performance.

Creatine Monohydrate is a nitrogen-containing organic acid that is naturally produced from amino acids in the kidney and liver. Creatine had become a popular natural way to enhance performance and build lean body mass. When creatine is added to a workout regime, the data suggests that supplements can improve athletic performance in high intensity events of short duration. Some studies also indicate that creatine can improve muscle strength and help weight lifters improve performance during resistance training.

Caffiene Anhydrous: Caffeine aids fat loss by binding to fat cells to enhance the removal of fat and inhibit its storage. It also facilitates the burning of extra fat during exercise. This drug is also well known for its ability to enhance fat loss.

Nutritional Information

You are looking at 750mg of caffeine for the full 1.5 scoop serving. That is a hell of a lot. You would need to be careful with the timing of taking this around a fat burner or even a cup of coffee.

You get a good serving of Beta Alanine which does wonders to reduce fatigue and will see you through that extra set at the gym.

Taste
It tastes bad. No preworkout tastes great but this is serious case of chug it as fast as possible. I had Tropical flavour, actually I think that’s the only available flavour for now.

Side Effects
Light-headedness from all the caffeine first time using the full 1.5 scoops, fine after that.

Price
£24.99 for a maximum of 50 servings. That’s pretty good value.

Results

This is certainly one of the strongest preworkouts I’ve used. On full dosage I powered through workouts without even noticing that I was in the gym. It really is insanely strong. This isn’t a pump product, this is a pure focus and drive in a tub. It is such a shame it tastes so bad because it would be a phenomenal product otherwise. It takes just over 15 minutes to really hit you and best be in the gym when the energy rush arrives or you’ll start to shake a bit! Its moderately priced as well probably slightly on the cheaper end of the price spectrum, couple that with the fantastic energy boast you get and it really does make T3mpo a great option for a preworkout, if you can stomach the taste. 7/10
